Register or sign in with Google. Complete the introduction if prompted, then start a conversation with your Companion.
Use the email address you registered with
Send from the exact email address on that Google account. Emily checks the sender to connect the message to your own account.

Write to emily@robsonai.com. You can send a new message or forward a thread with a question explaining what you would like Emily to help with.

Read Emily's reply in your inbox and reply from the same registered address to continue the conversation.
If you do not see a reply
- Check your spam or junk folder.
- Check the From address on your sent message. An alias, shared mailbox or different email address does not identify your registered account.
- Sign in to Emily with Google and confirm you have completed the introduction. Replies require a sender that can be verified against your account.
