The problem

Every session, you start again

You explain your work, your context, your preferences and your history. Tomorrow you do it again. The tools got extraordinarily capable without ever getting better at remembering who you are.

What Emily does

Month six beats week one

Every exchange is retrieved against, consolidated and reflected on. She keeps what matters, connects it to what she already knows, and shows you the working. You are not buying a chat window — you are buying the end of re-explaining yourself.

Emily's memory is separate from the model she uses. Change models and the memory stays. Self-service model selection and bring-your-own-key are coming soon.

The product

Three screens you will actually use

Memory you can read and correct, growth you can watch, and spending controls planned for the billing launch.

01 / Memory review

See everything she knows. Correct any of it.

Most AI memory is a black box. Emily shows each memory, where it came from and how confident she is, and lets you confirm, correct or remove it. That is a trust argument, not a feature list, and very few products can make it.

Included on every tier.

02 / Growth

Watch her understanding accumulate.

Growth curves, relationship density, and how her understanding has changed over time, written in plain language so anyone can read it, not only technical users.

Plus an interactive 3D view of the memory graph.

03 / Spending · coming soon

Plan and payment controls are on the way.

Paid plans, checkout and top-ups are not open yet. For now, start with the free demo.

No payment is collected at registration.

What every customer gets

Included at every tier

Tiers differ by capability and capacity, never by withholding the basics.

Persistent memory

Retrieval, consolidation and reflection run on every exchange. She builds structure out of conversation rather than storing transcripts.

Memory you can correct

See each memory, its state and its source. Confirm, correct or remove it. Nothing is kept that you cannot inspect.

Usage visibility

See how Emily is being used. Plan allowances, payment controls and top-ups are coming with the billing launch.

Voice and documents

Real-time streamed speech for hands-free use, and file upload so material informs future conversations instead of being re-pasted.

Memory visualisation

An interactive three-dimensional view of the memory graph and the connections between what she knows.

Canadian hosting

Hosted in Vancouver, with all data stored in Canada. When a third-party model is used, that provider processes your chats. The local-model option keeps that processing local.

Sovereignty

Sovereign to your purpose, wherever you are

Robson is Canadian. Emily can be deployed for your purpose and location, under the jurisdiction your organisation needs.

In Robson's Canadian data centres

Hosted in Vancouver, with all data stored in Canada. Robson Inc. is a Canadian and Indigenous owned infrastructure-as-a-service provider, operating since 2001.

On your own infrastructure

Deploy Emily on infrastructure you control, in your own country and jurisdiction.

Air-gapped

Run Emily on an isolated network with a local model: no internet connection and no third-party AI provider in the path.

LLM agnostic

Use OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini and others, or avoid them entirely with open models you run yourself. Change models and the memory stays.

These are deployment choices for your organisation. On the hosted Companion service, self-service model selection and bring-your-own-key are coming soon, and Local Mode is currently a preview. Third-party models process chats with their provider.

The questions everyone asks

Start with the free demo and sign up with Google.

What are the token amounts in the plan preview?

They are the planned monthly allowances for the paid plans. The free demo has its own allowance, stated when you choose it. Conversations use model tokens; longer conversations and more context use more.

Do I need to choose a plan or enter payment details?

You choose the free demo, the only package open today, and sign up with Google. No card is taken and nothing is charged. Complete the introduction if prompted, then start chatting. Paid plans, payments and top-ups are coming soon.

Am I starting a paid subscription?

No. The free demo does not start a subscription or collect a payment. Paid-plan and cancellation details will be available when billing launches.

Where does my data live?

Hosted in Vancouver, with all data stored in Canada. Storage and model processing are different: when a third-party model such as OpenAI, Anthropic or Gemini is used, that provider processes your chats. The local-model option keeps that processing local. The hosted Local Mode is currently a preview with reduced capabilities.

Can I use Emily from another app or by email?

Yes. MCP, the SDK/API and email access are available today. Follow the MCP connection guide, the email setup guide or the SDK documentation.

Can I ask about future plans or organisation accounts?

Yes. Contact Robson about future plans or an organisation deployment. Payment processing and plan selection are coming soon.
