Common questions
When am I charged?
The free demo is never charged and takes no card. A paid package is charged only at the last step, on Stripe's secure payment page, and then renews monthly until you cancel.
What happens if I cancel?
You keep your package until the end of the period you paid for. After that the account moves to the free Memory Keeper state and your memory is kept.
What are tokens?
Conversations use model tokens. Longer conversations and more context use more. Each package includes a monthly allowance.
Can my organisation pay by invoice?
Contact Robson about an organisation account, an invoice or a purchase order.
