Back endReactions stay with the reply

A reaction is kept with the reply and remains present after signing in again. Only the signed-in owner of the account can react. Reactions are not used to shape replies yet, so this release does not change what Emily says in response.

    See it in action!

Where: The chat app, beneath a reply while signed in.

    1. Add a reaction, sign out, sign back in, and return to the same reply.

What to expect: The reaction is still attached to that reply. A signed-out user cannot add or change a reaction.

  • Improved
    Front endA simpler feedback control

The separate thumbs-up and thumbs-down buttons have been removed. 👍 and 👎 remain available in the emoji row and count in the same way the former thumbs buttons did. The other five emoji are available as reactions and currently have no additional effect.

    See it in action!

Where: The chat app, beneath any reply.

    1. Look beneath a reply and select React.

What to expect: The old thumbs buttons are absent, and the seven-emoji row is available instead.

Back endOwner-only What was right feedback

Where: Chat, under any reply from Emily.

    1. Under a reply, select Teach Emily.
    2. Select What was right.
    3. Pick what worked, then select Save reinforcement.

    See it in action!

Where: Chat, under any reply from Emily.

    1. Under a reply, select Teach Emily.
    2. Select What was right.
